You can pay in these ways: 
  • Cash

    You can pay directly in case you pick the products in our shop (you find the address in the Imprint - but because we don't have regular opening hours, please contact us before coming)
     
  • Prepayment

    This is transfer of the money to the bank account of Schnecken & Muscheln. The transfer data are included in the order confirmation eMail which is sent to you after you finished the order process.
     
  • Paypal

    You pay the invoice amount via the online service Paypal. To do so, you have to be registered there or register newly and then you can easily send and receive payments.
     
  • Debit Note

    This is a service by PayPal, but you don't need a Paypal account to use it and usage is free of charge for you. After choosing PayPal Plus and debit during the ordering process you will be redirected to the Paypal website. There you give the data of your bank account from which the invoice sum will be charged. Necessary data are: name and address, telephone number, eMail address, date of birth, bank account number and bank code or IBAN and BIC.
     
  • Credit card

    This is a service by PayPal, but you don't need a Paypal account to use it and usage is free of charge for you. After choosing PayPal Plus and credit card during the ordering process you will be redirected to the Paypal website. There you give the data of your credit card from which the invoice sum will be charged. Necessary data are: name and address, telephone number, eMail address, credit card number, validity period, and Card Security Code.
     
  • Purchase on account / invoice

    This is a service by PayPal. Purchase on account is offered only within Germany

    Are there restrictions concerning the articles that can be bought with purchase on account?

    An invoice sum lower than 1,50 Euro or more than 1.500 Euro is excluded.

    Does the buyer need a PayPal account?

    No, The buyer who uses purchase on account transfers the money to the bank account of PayPal.

    When will the payment be due for me? 

    Generally, at the latest 14 after receipt of the goods. In this connection, we calculate on the basis of the average delivery time of the article.

    Is there an appraisal of my credit-worthiness done?

     PayPal executes a risk assessment after purchase on account is chosen. In this process, information concerning credit-worthiness may be collected from different credit agencies.

    Can I choose another payment method in case PayPal refuses purchase on account? 

    Yes, in this case the buyer can choose another accepted payment method.

    Which costs amount when using purchase on account?

    For you as a buyer, there will be only if necessary collection expenses, in case you come into delay of payment.

    Do invoice address and delivery address have to be necessarily be identical?

    No. A differnt delivery address in Germany is possible.

    Is delivery to "Packstationen" possible?

    Yes, delivery to "Packstationen" in Germany is possible.

    Who is for me as a buyer the contractual partner?

    Buyer and seller remain contractual partners. The debt claim of the seller towards the buyer is transferred to PayPal.

    What do I as a buyer have to do in case I have transferred the invoice sum erroneously to the seller's account instead of PayPal's account?

    Should you have transferred the invoice sum erroneously to our bank account, please contact us (tel. 0339925-2586 or eMail to ilseundguido (at)t-online.de), and we will refund the money. We ask you to transfer the money then once more to the PayPal bank account. You can find the account data in the eMails from PayPal concerning the order.

    Please contact furtheron the PayPal customer service (Tel: 0800-7234730) to stop if necessary an already begun dunning procedure.

    Who has to pay in case I sent the goods back only after the end of the revocation period?

    In the case of an invalid revocation you as the buyer have to pay the dunning costs. Please clarify with us in the forefront if the reshipment not in due time is accepted.
