Shipping & Returns
In case it is possible for you to pickup the ordered items from our place, there are of course no shipping costs. Because we do not have a shop with regular opening hours, an appointment has to be made in this case. Please write us an eMail or telephone us if you would like to come.
Shipping of our items is performed by DHL. The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the item's weight and the recipient's zone: You can see the weight of each article in the respective product info. These are circa declarations for one single packed article. The sum of these numerical values plus a flat-rate value for the outer package in a covering box yields the overall weight of the parcel.
