The EU Commission provides a platform for extrajudicial mediation. It enables consumers to resolve conflicts connected to their online order initially without court involvement. The mediation platform is available via this external link.

We are not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.
